Luz Mercurio

Luz Mercurio has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Luz is currently the Chief People and Culture Officer at Monde Nissin Corporation, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director at the same company from May 2021 to April 2022. Before joining Monde Nissin Corporation, Luz was the Founder and CEO of Strategic Learning and Professional Devt. Consulting from March 2018 to May 2021. Luz also worked as the Regional Learning Leader for the ASEAN Region at GE from April 2011 to November 2017. Luz has held other HR-related positions at companies such as Kraft Foods, GE Money Bank, and Philips, accumulating extensive experience in organization development, training, and recruitment. Luz began their career as a Training Manager at Monde Nissin Corporation in 1995, where they remained until 2003.Overall, Luz's work history demonstrates their expertise in human resources and their ability to lead and support organizational development and culture initiatives.

Luz Mercurio completed their Primary and Secondary education from 1970 to 1982. Luz then earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of the Philippines from 1982 to 1987. Later, from 2003 to 2005, they attended the Ateneo Graduate School of Business to pursue Leadership & Management Development. Additionally, Luz Mercurio also received a Bachelor's degree in Communication majoring in Broadcasting from the University of the Philippines.
