Ines Bahachille

Ines Bahachille is an accomplished legal executive with extensive experience in multinational corporations, currently serving as SVP & Chief Counsel for North America at Mondelēz International since June 2019, leading a legal team across the USA and Canada. Previously, Ines held the position of VP & Chief Counsel for Latin America at Mondelēz International, overseeing legal operations in the region. Ines also serves on the Board of Directors for Give & Go Prepared Foods and as adjunct faculty at the University of Miami School of Law. Prior roles include Associate General Counsel at Ingram Micro, and VP & Assistant General Counsel at Diageo, where responsibilities encompassed brand protection and compliance across a diverse multi-country market. Ines's career began in legal academia, teaching at UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, and has included legal director positions at Sun Microsystems and Terra Networks. Ines holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from New York University and a law degree from UCAB, graduating cum laude and ranked first in class.
