J.s. Karthikeyan

J.S. Karthikeyan is a Senior Process Engineer at Mondelēz International, with extensive experience in optimizing baking processes and implementing data-driven approaches to enhance production quality. Karthikeyan has led major projects across production plants in Mexico, Chicago, and Portland, contributing to significant process improvements through computational modeling and digital transformation. Previously, Karthikeyan served as a Doctoral Student at Rutgers University, focusing on food viscosity and its effects on human digestion, and has held roles as a Teaching Assistant, Masters Student, and Tutor, demonstrating a strong foundation in food science education. Karthikeyan also has internship experience in food product development and biotechnology, holding a PhD and MS in Food Science from Rutgers University and a BTech in Industrial Biotechnology.
