Matthias Kootz

Matthias Kootz is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Central Europe, Central Sales, and Global Licensing at Mondelēz International since July 2020. Prior to this role, Matthias held positions including Senior Director of Category Planning & Activation Central Europe at Mondelēz Deutschland GmbH from April 2017 to July 2020 and Director of Customer Service & Logistics Central Europe at Mondelez Services GmbH & Co.KG from October 2012 to March 2017. Earlier in their career, Matthias worked at Kraft Foods Europe, where roles included Director of Customer Service Strategy & Central Operations Europe and Director of Finance Customer Service & Logistics Europe from March 2006 to September 2012. Matthias holds a Diplom Kaufmann degree from The Philipp University of Marburg.
