Noura M. is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in leading human resources initiatives across prominent companies. Currently serving as the Regional People Lead at Mondelēz International since December 2021, Noura previously held the position of Country HR Lead for Logistics at Amazon from June 2020 to December 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Head of HR at L'Oréal and various roles at Unilever, including Human Resources Manager for Supply Chain - Factory and Regional Reward Business Partner for North Africa Middle East. Noura's educational credentials include a Master's degree in Applied and Professional Ethics, Philosophy from the University of Leeds and an Executive Program in Leadership from Esade.
