Sekhar Dhara

Sekhar Dhara is an accomplished leader in digital transformation and enterprise architecture with extensive experience in the consumer goods and beverage industries. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Transformation at Mondelēz International since May 2024, Dhara specializes in omnichannel retail for the North American region. Prior to this role, Dhara held significant positions including Enterprise Architect for Global Sales and eCommerce at Kimberly-Clark and Associate Director of IT at Coca-Cola European Partners, among others. With a robust educational background featuring an MBA from Indiana University Southeast and a postgraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai, Dhara combines technical expertise with strategic vision.
