Shama Vaman

Shama Vaman has over 15 years of extensive experience in research and development, primarily in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Clif R&D Integration Lead at Mondelēz International, Shama Vaman leads Open Innovation activities across prominent brands such as Oreo and Belvita. Previous roles include Section Manager and Principle Scientist in Open Innovation, where Shama Vaman focused on driving innovation relationships and scouting new technologies. Prior to Mondelēz, Shama Vaman held senior positions at Amway and Cadbury, contributing to strategic supplier relationships and the development of cohesive R&D strategies. Shama Vaman holds a BEng in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a BSc in Chemistry from New York University.
