Vince Gruber

Vinzenz Gruber holds a prominent leadership position at Mondelēz International, serving as EVP & President Europe since September 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing the largest region for the company with a revenue of $14 billion, spanning 45 countries and employing 32,000 staff. Prior roles within the company include President Western Europe and President Chocolate Europe, managing significant business units in various markets. Before joining Mondelēz, Vinzenz was the Managing Director of New Business at Red Bull, focusing on new ventures in Europe and the US. Vinzenz's career began at Kraft Foods Group, where roles included Director of Marketing for Austria.
