Virginie Costa

Virginie Costa is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across various high-profile companies. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for North America at Mondelēz International since July 2023, Costa also holds the position of Public Board Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Advantage Solutions: Sales, Marketing, Technology. Previous roles include Global CFO at both Wella Company and Godiva Chocolatier, where leadership was provided in financial strategy and operations. Additionally, Costa has held significant positions at Burberry, Hermès, Groupe Canal+, Arthur Andersen, and KPMG, specializing in finance transformation, cash management, compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. Costa holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Audencia and another MBA from The Ohio State University.
