Natasha Dunbier

Natasha Dunbier is currently the Chief People Officer at Mondiale VGL since November 2022. Prior to this, Natasha held various HR roles at Fletcher Building from April 2013 to October 2022, including GM Group People & Performance, GM People & Performance - Concrete Division, and Interim GM HR - Building Products Division. Natasha has extensive experience in managing HR functions to support business objectives and maximize employee performance and engagement. Natasha has also worked in HR roles at Fonterra Brands, Coca-Cola Amatil NZ, TeleTech, Gen-i, and Manukau City Council, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise in change management, organizational effectiveness, and HR strategy implementation. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Management and HR from Manukau Tech.
