Catherine Delaney

Catherine (Cathy) Delaney, CHRL, is a seasoned Human Resources executive with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Moneris since March 2020, Cathy previously held the role of EVP, Human Resources at The Citco Group Limited from March 2017 to February 2020. Additionally, Cathy has a significant tenure at Barrick Gold Corporation, where positions included Senior Director and Senior Manager in Human Resources from 2011 to September 2016. Early career roles include Manager, Human Resources at Danieli Corus, Human Resources Manager at Hercules Canada Inc (GE Company), and various leadership positions at ManpowerGroup and The Placement Group. Catherine is a graduate of Concordia University and Mohawk College, and holds certifications as a CHRP and CHRL from HRPA.
