Margus Kerma

Margus Kerma is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Vice President of Engineering and Staff Engineer at Monerium since October 2021. Additionally, Margus holds the position of Interim/Fractional CTO at CTO-as-a-Service, providing guidance to non-technical founders and early-stage startups on various engineering and architectural challenges. Previously, Margus was the Chief Technology Officer at PlayWin, leading the development of an anti-cheat API for CS:GO, and served as Director of Engineering at Topia, where leadership was provided to multiple product teams developing the Topia One platform. Earlier roles include significant engineering leadership positions at ZeroTurnaround, AS LHV Pank, Microsoft, and Skype, culminating in a robust foundation in IT systems development, supported by a BS degree from The Estonian Information Technology College.
