Anniece Robinson

For a typical 15-year-old, the highest priorities in life are hanging with friends, passing classes at school, and sleeping in on the weekends. But Anniece Robinson was not the typical 15-year-old. Since 1995—when Anniece was just 15 years old—she has been a dedicated employee at Moneta Group, LLC. Anniece began as a file clerk (back when everything was only in paper), then transitioned into an Assistant and eventually being promoted to Operations Manager in 2009.

As Operations Manager for the Pietroburgo Bailey Team, Anniece ensures that the team’s Client Service Managers and Advisors are kept apprised of all pertinent information from an operational standpoint. She ensures that regular workflow and special projects are distributed so that the team is most efficient. In addition, she leads the development of team procedures, making certain they are properly documented, and sees that team members are trained sufficiently so that team practices are consistent. In her role, she enjoys the opportunity to help both clients and team members reach their full potential, while also adding some fun to the mix.
