Amaury de Calonne

Amaury de Calonne is a seasoned professional in the real estate and investment sectors, currently serving as Président and Co-founder of MONETIVIA since 2015. Under Amaury's leadership, MONETIVIA has established itself as a key player in the sale of bare ownership properties in the old real estate market, providing secure investment solutions that facilitate ethical monetization for seniors. Prior to MONETIVIA, Amaury held the position of CEO at Paledora - All Suites - Elitus from 2012 to 2014, overseeing specialized real estate companies focused on promotion, exploitation, and investment. Amaury's extensive experience also includes roles as Managing Director at Natixis from 2006 to 2012, where responsibilities included leading structured alternative investments in the Asia Pacific region and fund derivatives in Japan, as well as serving as Managing Director at Altran from 1999 to 2006. Amaury is an alumnus of EM Lyon.
