Merja Silvola

Merja Silvola is an experienced payroll and human resources professional with a strong background in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Payroll Specialist at Monetra since February 2022, Merja has previously worked as a Human Resources Specialist for the City of Oulu and held the position of Manager of Personnel Service and Payroll Computation at Oulunkaaren kuntayhtymä from April 2018 to April 2021. Merja began a career in payroll as a Wages Clerk at Pyhäjoki Municipality, where service was provided from April 2003 to March 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Tax Law/Taxation and Accounting from the University of Vaasa and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business/Managerial Economics from Oulu University of Applied Sciences.
