Juan Pablo Carriedo has a strong background in the financial industry with experience in various leadership roles. Starting in 1995, they worked at the National Banking and Securities Commission as Deputy Director of Inspections. In 2001, they joined Comision Nacional Bancaria y de Valroes as the Director of Supervision of Financial Institutions. Juan Pablo then moved to McKinsey & Company in 2003 as a Summer Associate Consultant. In 2005, Carriedo became the General Director of Financial Supervision at CONSAR (Comisión Nacional del Sistema de Ahorro para el Retiro), where they worked until 2007. Juan Pablo then became Vice Chairman at CONSAR until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, Carriedo served as the Chief Financial Officer of MONEX GRUPO FINANCIERO. Finally, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Monex USA (formerly Tempus, Inc) in 2011.
Juan Pablo Carriedo completed their Bachelor in Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México between 2001 and 2005. Following this, they pursued an MBA degree with a focus on Corporate Strategy, Finance, and Operations Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2002 to 2004.
