Rob Delaine

Rob Delaine has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Rob has held various leadership roles in different companies. From 2022 until the present, they have been working as the Technology and Business Change Engagement Director for both Vanquis Banking Group and Vanquis Bank. Prior to that, they served as the Technology and Business Change Engagement Director for Moneybarn, Vanquis Banking Group's Vehicle Finance division, starting in 2021. Rob also held the position of Technology and Change Director for Moneybarn from 2021 to 2022.

Before joining Vanquis Banking Group, Rob worked at St. James's Place Wealth Management from 2009 to 2021, where they held several roles including Business Change Director, Platform Program Director, Technology Director, and Program Manager and Consultant. Rob also worked at Differentis as an Associate Director/Partner from 2001 to 2012.

Earlier in their career, Rob worked as a Program and Project Manager at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young from 2000 to 2001 and at IBM from 1997 to 2000. Rob started their career at GEC-Marconi in 1988 as a Product Program Manager.

Rob Delaine attended Hatfield Polytechnic from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Industrial Engineering.
