Tara Kayser

Tara Kayser is an experienced banking professional with a diverse background in operations and program management. Currently serving as a Banking Analyst at MoneyLion since April 2021, Tara reviews and processes requests, proactively identifying issues to enhance customer and partner experiences. Prior to MoneyLion, Tara worked as a Program Operations Manager I at The Bancorp from May 2017 to April 2021, where expertise in third-party processors was developed along with strong client relationships and regulatory compliance. Previous roles include Operations Specialist III at Great Western Bank, handling consumer and commercial credit card account requests, and Operations Coordinator at Capital One, where clerical duties were carried out to ensure positive customer experiences. Tara holds two Associate degrees in Graphic Design and Technology from Iowa Lakes Community College.
