Mbcs Ann Marchant

Ann Marchant has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ann joined Moneypenny in 2013 and has held various positions within the company. Their most recent role is Business Change Data Analyst, which they started in March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a People Planning Analyst and a Data Analyst. Before their transition into data analysis, Ann held the position of Purchasing Manager from January 2018 to March 2019 and IT Helpdesk Manager from July 2016 to November 2018. Ann also served as an IT Helpdesk and Helpdesk representative from September 2015 to July 2016 and from June 2013 to September 2015, respectively.

Before their tenure at Moneypenny, Ann worked at Tesco PLC as a Community representative from January 2011 to June 2013. Ann began their career at Hoya Vision Care Europe in November 2006 as a Key Account representative, a position they held until December 2011.

Ann Marchant, MBCS, has a comprehensive education history in the field of computer science and data analytics.

Ann pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Science at Bangor University from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, they attended Coleg Cambria where they focused on Data Analytics.

In addition to their formal education, Ann has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Ann completed a structured course on "Data Storytelling and User-Centered Design in Power BI" at Enterprise DNA in July 2022. Ann also acquired a certification in "SQL for Power BI Users" from Enterprise DNA Ltd in April 2022. Furthermore, in February 2022, they completed a structured course on "Mastering DAX Calculations" from the same institution.

To further showcase their expertise, Ann obtained an "AGORED CYMRU LEVEL 4 DIPLOMA IN DATA ANALYTICS" from Agored Cymru in November 2021. Ann also acquired a certification in "Managing a Customer Contact Center" from LinkedIn in June 2021 and "SQL for Data Science" from Coursera in May 2021.

Furthermore, Ann has completed structured courses such as "Power BI Super Users Workshop" and "Ultimate Beginners Guide To DAX" from Enterprise DNA in 2021.

Lastly, their earliest educational milestone was a FD degree in Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design from Ryton. This degree was attained from 1982 to 1986.
