Wendy Swash

Wendy Swash has accumulated a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Wendy currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Moneypenny, where they have been since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Business Change at the same company from July 2020. Before joining Moneypenny, Wendy worked for Iceland Foods for a significant period. Their roles at Iceland Foods included Head of Operational Change from February 2019 to November 2019, Head of Delivered Sales from January 2018 to February 2019, and Head of eCommerce from August 2012 to January 2018. Wendy also held the positions of Head of Business Change from February 2010 to August 2012, Head of Projects (Marketing) from February 2007 to February 2010, CRM Development Manager from December 2003 to February 2007, and Customer Service Manager from February 2003 to December 2003. Prior to their time at Iceland Foods, Wendy worked at QPC, where they served as a System Support Manager from February 2000 to January 2003 and an Account & Project Delivery Manager from March 1998 to February 2000.

Wendy Swash has obtained a BEng(hons) degree in Materials Engineering from Sheffield.
