Yonden Lama

Yonden Lama has worked in the customer service industry since 2015. In 2015, they began as an Associate at INTERGLOBE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. The following year, they moved to Firstsource as an Associate. In 2017, they became an Associate at ZENPOWER TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED and, in 2018, they were promoted to Customer Success Lead at MoneyTap.

Yonden Lama obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University between 2011 and 2015. Yonden also holds a certification in Core Java.
