Nonoka K. has worked in the recruitment and talent acquisition industry since 2016. Nonoka began their career at Wahl+Case as an Associate Recruitment Consultant, where they worked with various startups and enterprises to acquire and place IT and creative professionals. Nonoka was rated the highest in customer satisfaction by both candidates and clients, with no back-outs from either side. Nonoka was then promoted to Sourcing Specialist/Community Manager, where they developed the content of newsletters targeted at specific segments of existing candidates on the database, and published blog articles about currently hiring client companies and helpful advice for successful employment. Nonoka later moved to Sourcing Associate, where they acquired new clients, sourced potential job leads, and supported recruitment consultants to coordinate candidate/client interviews. In 2020, Nonoka K. began working at Moneytree as an API Account Executive and Talent Acquisition Lead.

Nonoka K. obtained a Diploma with Distinction in Advertising and Marketing Communications from St. Lawrence College between 2013 and 2015.
