OLAYIDE OYELERE

Olayide Oyelere has a varied work experience spanning several industries. OLAYIDE began their career as an Auditor for the National Union of Inisa Students in 2007 and continued in the education sector as a Physics and Basic Technology Tutor at Christfield Comprehensive College from 2013 to 2015. Olayide then transitioned into the financial sector, working as an Operations Officer/Bank Teller at Poverty Reduction and Rural Women Empowerment Initiative from 2016 to 2017.

OLAYIDE gained further financial experience at Empire Trust Microfinance Bank & Citygate Global Investment, where they initially worked as a Finance Officer from 2017 to 2020. During this time, they prepared financial reports, maintained asset registers, and assisted with budget preparations. OLAYIDE was later promoted to Head of Bank Reconciliations from 2018 to 2019, overseeing the coordination of all reconciliation activities and ensuring accurate accounting processes.

Olayide then joined Bridge Credit Limited as a Senior Finance Officer in 2020, where they focused on tasks such as bank account reconciliation, depreciation and apportionment preparation, and maintenance of the fixed asset register. OLAYIDE later moved on to The Gabsyn Peyzs in 2021, assuming the role of Head of Finance before joining Moneytrust MFB as Head of Finance and Strategy later in the same year.

Olayide Oyelere's education history is as follows:

In 2001, Olayide Oyelere completed their School Leaving Certificate at Inisa Grammar School, Inisa, Odo-Otin Local Government, Osun State, with a focus on Science.

From 2006 to 2011, Olayide Oyelere attended Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Applied Geophysics.

In 2019, Olayide Oyelere pursued further education at The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and obtained a Microfinance Certified Banker designation.

Olayide Oyelere then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Investment at Ahmadu Bello University from 2021 to 2022.

Additionally, Olayide Oyelere has obtained various certifications to supplement their education. These certifications include Capital IQ Fundamentals, Math for Corporate Finance, Accounting Fundamentals, Corporate Finance Fundamentals, Excel Fundamentals - Formulas for Finance, Professional Ethics, and Reading Financial Statements, all obtained from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI) in 2022. They also obtained a Professional Membership from the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria in 2021.

Olayide Oyelere has received further certifications, such as Soft-skills Training from Jobberman Nigeria in 2021, Financial Accounting Foundations and Strategic Planning Foundations from LinkedIn in 2020, Budgets and Financial Reports from PushCV Academy in 2020, and Financial Modeling, Financial Planning, and DCF Valuation from Udemy in 2020.

In 2013, Olayide Oyelere obtained certifications in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSE Level III), and Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSE Level I and II) from Millennium Training Acquisition Limited.
