Cosmin Simion

Cosmin Simion has a strong background in instructional design and customer success. Cosmin started their career at Maxcode in 2015 as an Instructional Design Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining instructional design standards, creating Proof of Concepts, and administering the LMS environment. In 2017, they joined Microsoft as an Instructional Designer, where they performed needs analysis, worked with subject matter experts, and created training assets. In 2018, they joined UiPath as a Customer Success Manager and later became a Senior Program Manager, where they oversaw the UiPath Academy. Currently, they work at MongoDB as a Sales Enablement Operations Manager.

Cosmin Simion's education history begins with a Bachelor's Degree in Power Engineering obtained from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iasi, which they completed from 2008 to 2012. In 2020, they attended Product School to obtain a Product Manager Certificate, specializing in Product Management. Furthermore, they acquired additional certifications including Prosci® Leading Your Team Through Change, delivered by Pathos Leadership, in July 2021, and a Certified Product Manager (CPM) certification from Product School in May 2020.
