J-Young Kim

J-Young Kim has extensive experience in benefit management and consulting. Starting in 2009 at Mercer, they worked as a Health and Benefits Analyst before moving on to become a Client Services Team Leader and then a Health & Benefits Senior Analyst. In 2014, they joined State Street as a Human Resources Operations Consultant, later becoming a Global Benefits Consultant and eventually a Vice President in Benefits Design. They then joined MongoDB in 2020 as a Benefits Manager, and in 2022, they were promoted to Senior Benefits Manager, overseeing benefits initiatives for the Americas region.

J-Young Kim obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Brandeis University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
