Kai Kramer

Kai Kramer is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at MongoDB since October 2020, following roles as Legal Counsel and Associate Legal Counsel. Prior to MongoDB, Kai Kramer practiced as an Associate Lawyer at Fasken Martineau from September 2017 to October 2020, focusing on information technology and high-growth industries. Kai Kramer completed articles of law at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin and has also worked as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems, where Ontario Public Sector recruitment was a specialty. Earlier roles include Vice President of Membership Services at Trent Central Student Association and Assistant Recruitment Officer at Trent University. Kai Kramer holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Honours in Business Administration from Trent University.
