Kelsey Strock

Kelsey Strock has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kelsey started their career as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Nyakahanga Hospital in 2011. They then became a Peer Health Educator at the University of Pittsburgh from 2010 to 2012.

In 2012, Kelsey joined The Ohio State University as a Graduate Administrative Associate, where they supervised a team of volunteers and led wellness training and outreach efforts. They also played a key role in redesigning the university's website to improve student access to services and resources.

After that, Kelsey joined Epic in 2014 and held multiple roles, including Project Manager, Quality Assurance, and User Experience Designer. They also served as a Design & Executive Operations lead, overseeing staffing, hiring, operations, and culture for the User Experience Design team. Kelsey was responsible for directing operational projects and reporting outcomes to the CEO. They also played a role in crafting executive messaging and visually designing assets to align with the company's vision and direction.

Most recently, Kelsey joined MongoDB in 2020 as a Design Program Manager, Core, where they drove the operations of the Design Systems team. They also focused on establishing essential practices for nascent design teams and creating a collaborative work environment for designers to deliver exceptional product experiences. In 2022, Kelsey transitioned into the role of Senior Creative Operations Program Manager at MongoDB.

Kelsey Strock earned a Master's degree in Public Health (MPH) with a focus on Health Behavior and Health Promotion from The Ohio State University. This degree was obtained between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, Kelsey received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied from 2009 to 2012.

In addition to their degrees, Kelsey Strock also obtained a certification as a Certified Health Education Specialist from the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. in May 2014.
