Krishna Kattumadam

Krishna Kattumadam has a diverse range of work experience spanning various companies and roles. In 1992, they started their career as a Software Engineer at Ddeorg Systems Limited. Krishna then worked as a Sr. Software Systems Engineer at Tata Unisys Ltd from 1992 to 1994. In 1995, Krishna joined Oracle Corporation as part of the Development/QA team for Oracle Applications.

From 1996 to 1998, Krishna served as the SAP Basis & Infrastructure Lead at Synopsys Inc. Krishna then became a part of Applied Materials, where they held roles such as Manager and Sr. Manager of SAP Infrastructure (Basis) from 1999 to 2007.

In 2007, Krishna joined Align Technology as the Director of IT Infrastructure, responsible for the design, architecture, and planning of data center systems and infrastructure. Krishna worked there until 2009 when they transitioned to SAP as a Sr. SAP Infrastructure Architect, focusing on the design and management of the Virtual Private Data Center (VPDC) cloud computing platform.

From 2010 to 2016, Krishna worked at VCE, the Virtual Computing Environment Company, in roles such as Sr. Manager of Solutions Engineering and Director of Engineering, Solutions. Here, they were responsible for developing enterprise application solutions, designing specialized business systems, and promoting converged infrastructure and cloud-based computing models.

In 2016, Krishna joined Nutanix as the Sr. Director of Solutions Engineering and later became the Vice President of Engineering - Solutions in 2020. Krishna'skey responsibilities included enhancing existing products, developing new ones, and providing value-added solutions for customers in the area of business-critical applications and private Cloud on Nutanix platforms.

Lastly, in 2022, Krishna took on the role of Head of Technical Migration Services at MongoDB. Krishna'sresponsibilities involve assessing, advising, and de-risking migrations from self-managed MongoDB to the Atlas platform and accelerating MongoDB adoption.

Throughout their career, Krishna has gained extensive experience in various aspects of cloud computing, infrastructure design, SAP systems, and enterprise solutions.

Krishna Kattumadam obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences from the University of Calicut, completing the program between 1983 and 1987. Prior to that, between 1987 and 1989, Krishna attended the National Institute of Technology, Pune, although the specific degree or field of study is not specified. Furthermore, in October 2020, Krishna completed a Certificate Program on Leading Customer-Centric Growth from The Wharton School.
