Kurtis Raucstadt

Kurtis Raucstadt has a diverse work experience ranging from IT roles to customer success management. Kurtis started their career as a Team Lead at Jump N Jungle in 2012 and worked there until 2015. In 2015, they briefly worked as a Co-op Junior Engineer at Wave Quantum Inc. From 2017 to 2019, Kurtis worked at Texas A&M University College of Engineering, first as an IT Technician I and then as an IT Technician II. In 2019, they joined Oracle as a Cloud Solution Engineer and worked there until 2020. Currently, Kurtis is working at MongoDB as a Senior Program Manager in Customer Success, where they have held various roles including Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager from 2020 to present.

Kurtis Raucstadt holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained two certifications from Oracle. In November 2019, they earned the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2018 Certified Architect Associate certification, and in February 2020, they obtained the Oracle Autonomous Database Cloud 2019 Certified Specialist certification.
