Melissa Wilhelm

Melissa Wilhelm has an extensive work experience in talent acquisition and staffing roles. Melissa is currently the Global VP of Talent Acquisition at MongoDB since 2021. Previously, they worked at Amazon as the Director of Talent Acquisition G&A from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they held the position of Staffing Leader at Google Cloud from 2014 to 2019. Melissa also gained valuable experience at Microsoft, where they served as the Staffing Director for WW Sales Segments and held various roles as a Staffing Manager and Technical Sales and Marketing Recruiter from 2004 to 2014. Prior to Microsoft, they worked as a Staffing Manager at Tectura from 2000 to 2004.
