Nataliia Sulzhenko

Nataliia Sulzhenko has over 12 years of experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Nataliia is currently working as a Software Engineering Lead at MongoDB since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Argo Group from 2019 to 2021, initially as a Platform Engineering Lead and later as an Engineering Manager.

From 2011 to 2019, Nataliia worked at EPAM Systems, where they held various positions including Lead Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Developer. Nataliia also worked at Viacom as a Lead Software Engineer from 2018 to 2019, where they were responsible for the migration of an existing Content Management System to Adobe Experience Manager CVS.

Before that, Nataliia worked at Barclays Investment Bank as a Lead Software Engineer from 2015 to 2018, where they developed a high-profile Equities project with strict delivery deadlines. Prior to Barclays, they were a Senior Java Developer at Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) from 2013 to 2015, where they developed REST based services for integration with distributed systems.

Nataliia's early experience includes working at ООО "Телеком-Комплекс" from 2009 to 2011, where they implemented communication protocols for networks and organized data transfer in a mobile rescuing center. Throughout their career, Nataliia has demonstrated expertise in software engineering, leadership, and development of various projects and systems.

Nataliia Sulzhenko obtained a Master's Degree Diploma in Designing Information Technology from the National Aerospace University "Kharkiv Aviation Institute". Nataliia completed this program from 2004 to 2010. Prior to their university studies, they attended Poltava Gymnasium №21, where they graduated with honors between 1994 and 2004.
