Nayan (She/Her)

Nayan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Nayan started their career as an intern at Global AgriSystem, where they conducted feasibility analysis for a banana pack house project. Nayan then joined MarketsandMarkets as an Analyst, focusing on market research and business intelligence in the food and beverages sector. Nayan then worked at KPMG as a Consultant, specializing in consumer products and retail. Currently, they are employed at MongoDB, where they have held various managerial positions, including Manager of WW Cloud Partners and Manager of Strategic Insights & Partner Sales Support. Nayan was also instrumental in setting up the Business Development Research & Partner Sales Support team.

Nayan (She/Her) completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Agriculture, General at JNKVV Jabalpur from 2006 to 2010. Subsequently, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, specializing in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations, from the Indian Institute Of Plantation Management, Bangalore, from 2011 to 2013. Apart from their formal education, Nayan also obtained additional certifications in Sustainability Strategies from the Project Management Institute in July 2020, and in Developing the Leader In You from Dale Carnegie Training in November 2019.
