Noah Moss

Noah Moss has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Intertek, where they held various roles including Account Development Representative, Sales Account Manager, Project Manager, and Program Manager. In these positions, they successfully managed key accounts, developed relationships with clients, and achieved significant sales growth.

In 2020, Noah joined MongoDB as a Customer Success Manager. Noah went on to become a Senior Customer Success Manager and then a Strategic Customer Success Manager. In these roles, they focused on building and nurturing relationships with customers, ensuring their success with MongoDB's products. Noah also developed and implemented programs to educate clients and internal teams on best practices and technical know-how.

Currently, Noah Moss works at MongoDB as a Strategic Customer Success Manager, where they utilize their expertise in customer success and relationship building to drive product success and provide a customer-focused experience.

Noah Moss completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Speech Communication with a concentration in Community Leadership and a minor in Philosophy from Ferris State University. Noah attended the university from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained several certifications throughout their educational journey. In 2016, they became a Certified Professional Sales Person from the National Association of Sales Professionals. In the same year, they also completed an Introduction to Programming Using Python course from the University of Michigan. In 2018, they obtained the certifications of Packaging Foundations from The Packaging School and Certified Packaging Laboratory Professional (CPLP) from the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA). Lastly, in 2020, they completed the course "The Art of Sales: Mastering the Selling Process" from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
