Rishabh Shah

Rishabh Shah's work experience includes several HR leadership roles at various companies. Rishabh is currently the Vice President, HR Business Partner at MongoDB, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director, HR Business Partner at MongoDB from February 2022 to February 2023. Rishabh also held the position of Director, Employee Experience - North Americas and HRBP for the People Team at MongoDB from February 2021 to February 2022. Before joining MongoDB, Rishabh worked at Major League Soccer as the Senior Director - HR Business Partner and Benefits Manager from June 2019 to February 2021. Rishabh also worked at the World Economic Forum as the US People and Culture Business Partner from November 2017 to June 2019, and at Frog as the Sr. HR Business Partner from May 2016 to November 2017. Rishabh's earlier career includes roles at BlackRock, where they served as Vice President - Business Partner from March 2013 to May 2016 and Vice President - Campus Recruiting from January 2008 to March 2013. Rishabh began their career at American International Group, Inc. as a Senior Recruiter - Campus and Lateral Recruiting from September 2002 to January 2008.

Rishabh Shah received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Stony Brook University, which was completed by the year 2001. In addition to their formal education, Rishabh obtained a certification in HBDI from Herman International in September 2012.
