Rubén Pulgar Abad began their work experience as a Junior Programmer at TB-Solutions from July 2008 to December 2009. In this role, they programmed software modules for eGovernment projects and advanced electronic signature, as well as modules for public administration and finance using Java, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
Following their tenure at TB-Solutions, Rubén joined Telefonica in December 2009 as a Technical Computer. From December 2009 to September 2010, they resolved incidents reported by customers, operated the International Telefonica Control International, and diagnosed large enterprise networks.
Rubén then transitioned to the role of Dispatcher at Telefonica from September 2010 to April 2012. As a Dispatcher, they coordinated a group of individuals to resolve customer-reported incidents related to managed or unmanaged services, including internet, satellite, and physical network services.
In April 2012, Rubén took on the role of Operation Problem Manager at Telefonica, where they resolved long duration problems, provided support in incidents, and handled escalated hierarchical issues until April 2013.
Rubén briefly served as the Manager on Duty at Telefonica from May 2013 to July 2013, acting as a coordinator and advisor for all international services with a focus on operational service and client satisfaction.
From August 2013 to July 2014, Rubén held the position of LCE Life Cycle Engineer IMMOCHAN Customer at Telefonica. In this role, they collaborated with IMMOCHAN customer to understand their technical needs, validated proposals, and managed resources for the IMMOCHAN project.
Rubén then became the Vendor Manager - Team Leader at the EMEA Order Delivery Centre at Telefonica from August 2014 to October 2014. Rubén ensured the delivery of circuits matched customer expectations, resolved problems with circuit implementation, and managed deliveries with providers.
From November 2014 to February 2017, Rubén was responsible for the EMEA&APAC Order Delivery Centre at Telefonica. In this role, they handled delivery escalations, prioritized deliveries, and managed deliveries for Telefonica customers in collaboration with vendors.
Between February 2017 and June 2020, Rubén served as the Responsible of Automation and E2E Delivery Strategic Projects at Telefonica. Rubén managed and implemented cloud services from various providers (Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, etc.) against the MPLS network and on-premises infrastructure, in addition to overseeing IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions.
Rubén's most recent work experience is with MongoDB, where they have held various roles since July 2022. Rubén started as the Director of Partners for Spain and Portugal before transitioning to the role of Director of Partners for Spain, Portugal, and Israel. Currently, they are serving as the Director of System Integrator Partners, responsible for Iberia, Nordics, Benelux, and Israel.

From 2020 to 2020, Rubén attended IMF Smart Education and obtained a Master of Big Data and Business Analytics (8,73) in the field of Big Data and Business Analytics.
