Sumanyu Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning several notable companies. Sumanyu started their career at Dell in 2013 as a Case Manager/Technical Support, where they conducted audits, provided feedback, and ensured customer satisfaction. In 2014, they joined Foradian Technologies as a Channel Sales Manager, where they successfully recruited and onboarded partners, achieved sales targets, and built relationships with key personnel. In 2016, Sumanyu joined Adobe as a Customer Success Account Manager, where they consistently attained revenue targets, maintained a high renewal rate, and reduced customer churn. Sumanyu then transitioned to the role of Manager, Inside Sales, where they further contributed to Adobe's success. Currently, Sumanyu is working at MongoDB, where they initially served as a Customer Success Manager in the APAC region before being promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Manager of Customer Success.
