Valéria Y.

Valéria Y. has extensive work experience in customer success management and sales, primarily in software and technology companies. Valéria has worked at MongoDB since 2021, where they currently serve as a Customer Success Manager Enterprise for the Nordics & Benelux region, focusing on Atlas (cloud) solutions. Previously at Autodesk from 2018 to 2021, Valéria held roles as a Customer Success Manager for the Construction & Architecture SaaS sector, focusing on customer retention and maximizing value. Valéria also worked as a Customer Success Associate, where they were responsible for customer retention and relationship management.

Prior to Autodesk, Valéria worked as a Real Estate Startup founder at Pisofy during 2017-2018. From 2015 to 2017, they held sales and marketing roles at Hewlett-Packard, including Campaign Manager and Account Manager positions. Valéria also has experience in sales and marketing at BMW Group Belux from 2013 to 2015, where they worked as a Sales & Marketing Associate and a Jr Product Specialist & BizDev for BMWi.

Before their professional career, Valéria worked as the Founder and Tutor of 'iSchoolme' as a freelance educator from 2008 to 2013. Valéria also gained experience in strategic communication as a Junior Strategic Communication intern at RetailDetail in 2013. During their studies, Valéria worked as a Chief Hostess at G4S International and as a Dance Teacher and camp coordinator at Idee Kids VZW.

Valéria Y. completed their education starting from 2002 to 2008 at College Sint Willebrord - Heilige Familie Berchem, where they graduated with a high school attest 'A'. Valéria majored in Economics and Languages during their time there. Subsequently, from 2008 to 2013, Valéria Y. attended the University of Antwerp, where they obtained a Master's degree in Communication Science (Political and Social Faculty). Throughout their education, Valéria Y. obtained additional certifications such as MongoDB Atlas Certification, MongoDB Atlas Search Certification, MongoDB Charts Certification, MongoDB Compass Certification, MongoDB Core Concepts Certification, Salesforce certified advanced user, and HPE ExpertOne: Selling Servers, Storage, Networking and Services. Valéria also completed the BMW Product Specialist Intensive Training and became a Certified BMWi Product Specialist - electric & hybrid concept. Furthermore, Valéria Y. achieved Certified Tutor High School level in Languages & Human Sciences from UAntwerpen in June 2012.
