Alexis Mang is an experienced professional in client success and marketing, currently serving as the Manager of Client Success at Mongoose since February 2020. In this role, Alexis focuses on client retention and satisfaction, collaborates with internal teams, and oversees the onboarding and implementation processes for clients. Prior to this, Alexis held various positions in marketing and implementation at companies such as Garland Technology and Delaware North, gaining expertise in event management, content development, and customer engagement strategies. Alexis holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Niagara University.
