Gwen Thayer

Gwen Thayer has a strong background in business development and licensing within the fashion industry. Gwen currently holds a position as a Member at Chief, starting in May 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Licensing & Business Development at Monique Lhuillier since January 2012. From August 2010 to December 2011, Gwen was the Vice President of Business Development at BrandSolutions. Before that, they worked at Vera Wang as the Senior Director of Licensing from September 2007 to August 2010. Gwen also has experience as the Director of Business Development at Scalamandre from January 2003 to August 2007. Gwen started their career in the industry as a Brand Manager at Polo Ralph Lauren from June 1994 to April 1998, followed by a role as a Licensing Manager at Donna Karan from May 1998 to November 1999, and finally as a Senior Business Manager at Coach from November 1999 to September 2002.

Gwen Thayer has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Colgate University.
