Charles Elkins

Charles Elkins is an experienced professional in landfill gas system operations, maintenance, and compliance, currently serving as President of Monitoring, Control and Compliance, Inc. since 2005. Elkins also led gas meter design and manufacturing initiatives. Previously, as Director of Patriot Runners, founded in 2012, efforts were focused on raising funds for combat-wounded veterans. Prior roles include Landfill Gas Division Manager at Tyco International, where revenue increased significantly, and Project Manager positions at Shaw Environmental and SAS Environmental, managing various environmental remediation projects. Charles Elkins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology with a focus on Geological/Geophysical Engineering from Kent State University.
