Michael Andal

Michael Andal is a dedicated undergraduate at Monmouth College, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management, with an expected graduation in December 2024. Currently serving as an ACI First-Generation Peer Mentor Intern, Michael supports mentees by providing constructive feedback, adapting SMART goals, and establishing organized meeting schedules. Additional experience includes roles as a student editor at the Midwest Journal of Undergraduate Research, where academic papers are analyzed and critiqued, and as a sales associate at Burlington Stores and a barista at Einstein Bros Bagels, where customer service excellence is emphasized. Michael also gained hands-on experience in human resources during an internship at the Interlochen Center for the Arts, managing onboarding processes for summer employees and conducting compliance audits. Prior roles include guest services associate at Target and a call representative for Monmouth College’s Day of Giving campaign.
