Naomi Lovesay

Naomi Lovesay is a seasoned professional in workforce development and service management, currently serving as Service Manager for Direct Care Services and Workforce Development Manager at Monmouthshire County Council since July 2018. With expertise in leading transformation projects, Naomi has successfully optimized service delivery, implemented a comprehensive learning management system, and managed a multi-disciplinary workforce team. Naomi's strategic collaborations with higher education institutions and the Welsh Government have led to the establishment of a successful social care apprentice scheme. Prior to this role, Naomi worked as a National Clinical Trainer at medi UK, focusing on education and development in lymphoedema and venous disease. Naomi holds an MBA in Leadership and Management from the University of South Wales and a BS in Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham.
