Saf Asghar

Saf Asghar is an accomplished engineering executive with over 25 years of experience in analog and digital signal processing technologies, particularly within mixed silicon systems for wired and wireless communications. Currently serving as President of RaceHex LLC since October 2017, Asghar also acts as an Advisory Consultant for monoDrive LLC. Previous positions include Vice President of Engineering at RideScout, Consultant roles at Everspin Technologies, and key leadership roles at Slacker Inc. and Celite Systems Inc. Asghar has an extensive background at Advanced Micro Devices, where responsibilities included new product definitions and establishing a design center in Germany. In the early career, Asghar managed high-speed modem developments at Plessey and contributed to pioneering work on the world's first V22 bis modem. Asghar holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Loughborough University of Technology.
