Sarah Hansard

Sarah Hansard is an experienced professional in the fields of production, quality assurance, and team management. Currently serving as Team Manager at Monoflo International since December 2022, Sarah has held various key roles in previous organizations, including FEMA at WSP for a brief tenure in late 2022 and multiple positions at HP Hood LLC from 2016 to 2022, where responsibilities included Production Coordinator and Laboratory Technician. Prior experience also includes HR training management and operational excellence coordination at Pilgrim's, as well as production supervision at Tyson Foods. Sarah began their career as a Veterinary Assistant at Marion Du Pont Scott Equine Medical Center. Sarah holds a degree in Animal and Nutritional Sciences from West Virginia University, complemented by studies in animal science and equine production from WVU Potomac State College and further education at the University of Arkansas.
