Belka Alvarez Bello serves as the Europe Controller at Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. since December 2018, contributing to the company's consistent growth in the region. In addition, Belka has been an independent consultant and coach since February 2018. Previously, from January 1998 to October 2017, Belka held the position of Head of Finance Controlling at A. W Faber Castell Peruana S.A, focusing on reporting, analysis of financial results, deviations, pricing, costs, and investment tracking. Educational qualifications include multiple master's degrees from EAE Business School in Emotional Intelligence, Coaching, Business Intelligence, and Technological Innovation, an MBA in Global Business Administration from Universidad Ricardo Palma, and early training in business administration and commerce from Universidad Científica del Sur and BBZ Lima.
