Jim Douglass

Jim Douglass has extensive work experience in the field of IC design. Jim is currently working at Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. as the IC Design Director and Design Center Manager since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the IC Design Director at Analog Devices from March 2017 to August 2022. Jim also served as the Design Center Manager at Linear Technology from April 2006 to March 2017. Jim worked as a Staff IC Design Engineer at Maxim Integrated Products from December 2003 to April 2006. Jim held the position of Director of IC Design at Microtune from May 1997 to December 2003. Before that, they worked as a Senior IC Designer at Dallas Semiconductor from June 1991 to May 1997.

Jim Douglass attended Glenbard North High School from 1984 to 1988. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1988 to 1991.
