Neil Tran

Neil Tran is a highly experienced Principal Digital Design Engineer currently at Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. since June 2021. Prior to this, Neil held positions as a Senior Staff Design Engineer at Intersil (acquired by Renesas) and ON Semiconductor, as well as a Principal Design Engineer at ON Semiconductor. Neil's extensive background includes significant roles at Marvell Semiconductor, where responsibilities spanned from leading digital controller design to overseeing the complete digital ASIC flow. Additional experience includes positions at Volterra and Adaptive Digital Power, focusing on power management ICs and DSP control. Neil's career commenced at Altera, where contributions included a wide array of FPGA product designs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley and a Master's Degree in VLSI/ASIC Design from Santa Clara University.
