Ryan Slopek

Ryan Slopek is a highly skilled professional in chemical engineering with extensive experience in research and development across various industries. Currently serving as a Strategic Innovation Scientist at MonoSol, A Kuraray Company, since June 2021, Ryan leads technical initiatives within the Strategic Innovation Group. Previous roles include positions at Fuchs Lubricants Co. as a Scientist, Hydrotex as a Formulation Scientist, and USDA-ARS as a Research Chemical Engineer, where Ryan focused on lubrication product development and the chemical modification of cotton fibers. Academic accomplishments include a Ph.D. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, alongside dual Bachelor's degrees in Chemical Engineering and Biology from West Virginia University.
