Matt Kaiser

Matt Kaiser is currently the AVP of Investor Relations at Monroe Capital. Matt has held this position since October 2021. Prior to that, they were an Associate at Guggenheim Partners from March 2016 to October 2021. Before that, they were an Operations Analyst at Jackson National Asset Management, LLC from September 2012 to March 2016.

Matt Kaiser completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Dayton, where they majored in accounting and operations management. Matt then went on to earn their CFA designation from the CFA Institute.

They work with Jason Starr - MD, Real Estate, Opportunistic Credit, Alex Kim - MD & Head, Asia, and Dae Youn Kim - VP, Marketing. Matt Kaiser reports to Theodore L. Koenig, Chairman & CEO.
