Herwinda Nurmala Dewi

Herwinda Nurmala Dewi has over a decade of work experience in various companies. Herwinda Nurmala started their career as a Finance Staff at PT. Dyandra Promosindo in 2011, where they worked until 2012. Following that, they joined ORIX Indonesia Finance as an Account Executive from 2012 to 2014. Herwinda Nurmala then joined RGF HR Agent Indonesia - International Recruitment Business in 2014 as an Associate Manager, where they worked until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Division Head - Technology at Monroe Consulting Group, where they started in July 2021.

Herwinda Nurmala Dewi completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economic Accounting from Diponegoro University, from 2006 to 2010. Herwinda Nurmala also obtained additional certifications, including the "World Staffing Award - Top 100 Staffing Leaders to watch in 2023" from Candidate.ly in January 2023, and "Leadership and Team Development" from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) in November 2022.
